It came to her in a dream. There was a golden gate and a saint above her, who spoke the following:

“Hear ye, hear ye! You have risen, but you shall be judged. Let the weighing begin! 

We now assay the guilt of Sarah Bischoff. You have been called to stand for a conflict.

The one whom you accused stood for his crimes, paid a heavy toll, inflicted by those you sicced upon him … and by your cruelty. We now judge your crimes. He stood accused of two counts—stalking and harassment—but the second of said was a reiteration and redundancy of the first. Hence, he stood for harassment and stalking, by lewd images and a threat, the latter details of which stood unsubstantiated, though he confessed … and confessed to you, which you refused to hear. Hence his guilt in this matter would stand at 2, repented, and, though he may ascend, having repented to you, he has made no petition to God. His heart is pure and his crimes are forgiven.

Now Sarah Bischoff, you were also to stand for crimes, but you did not, as he did not press them. He showed mercy where you would not. Heaven sees all. There is no need for you to answer as Heaven knows it to be so. Heaven also knows your guilt. But we shall weigh the entirety of your actions in this matter, not just those in the writing of Human Law. His actions are fully accounted for above, but yours have never been. 

Though the official, scribed charges against you per the Law of Humanity should stand at 8, minimum, we leave them collectively at 2, for which you were charged. By that edict of Heaven, the slate would be tied and one wash out the other. But you have not repented and there is more. You also stand here accused as follows: lying to authorities, of which heaven deems to be 12 counts. Yet we are lenient. Those told to law initially shall stand as one collectively and you stand charged with perjury. Those told to other authorities at your place of toil also stand as one, for the same charge, as you spoke them to an official. However, you took it upon yourself to prevaricate to the authority concerning his program, claiming contact when there was none, with the objective of having him denied. That also stands at one, perjury the name. You then furthered your sins with a lie to keep him in said program when he’d had petitioned for early release, perjury again. Heaven knows your heart and knows your vindictiveness. That stands at one. You know all of these crimes. Do not profess otherwise. Heaven knows all. You now stand at 6. But there is more. You had him watched and sought to ill-contextualize his words. This too is a violation of the Human Law, stalking, and it stands at one. You now stand at 7 counts, for which you faced no penalty nor repented. But there is more. You defamed him with a false claim of being a danger to children. That stands at one. You willfully slandered him to colleagues and made him unwelcome. By Human Law this is harassment for which you were not charged. That stands at one. You now stand at 9 crimes for which you paid no penalty and for which you have not been repentant. NINE, collectively. 

And yet you stand before Heaven claiming purity and piety, claiming you owe him nothing? 

BUT THERE IS MORE, GOD SAVE YOUR SOUL! As heaven knows, he confessed to you, though you refused to hear him. You have confessed nothing. By Human Law you are the more guilty of the two. But there is the LAW of GOD, to whom you profess to have given your soul. By the LAW of GOD you also stand accused! We limit ourselves only to this matter, for not to do so would condemn you immediately, for your sins are great in number. In this matter alone they are too many to enumerate: you have borne false witness repeatedly, you have acted with wrath repeatedly, you have been a backbiter, you have been vain, you have prayed to Jesus Our Lord and Savior with falseness and spite in your heart. You have openly judged when you stood guilty. You acted with pride, when you should have been humble, and you did it all because you covet what others have. You defamed love itself. You have broken The Covenant again and again, and you have atoned for naught. The scale tilts to your guilt. 

By the Law of Humanity, based in the Law of God, you, Sarah Bischoff, stand the more guilty. 

By the Law of God, you, Sarah Bischoff, are condemned to Purgatory, lest you mend your wicked ways and atone for your sins to the one you harmed. It is not enough to kneel before God and profess what you take no action to remedy. God gives absolution to those who try. You have tried nothing but to absolve yourself of guilt by denying the truth. 

Go now and mend your ways! This is the edict of Heaven!”
